Foaming Agent Masterbatch | LUVOBATCH

Foaming agent masterbatch | LUVOBATCH is a chemical foaming agent developed and manufactured by the German LEHVOSS Group.

LUVOBATCH is a chemical foaming agent masterbatch developed and manufactured by the German LEHVOSS Group. The LEHVOSS Group is a global supplier of high-performance resin raw materials, additives, and compounds. This foaming agent masterbatch allows for the foaming of plastic parts simply by adding it during the molding process. A significant advantage is that it does not require the introduction of new dedicated equipment or maintenance, as it can be foamed directly with existing molding equipment. Chemical foaming agents are generally classified into endothermic and exothermic systems, each following different foaming reactions and exhibiting different properties. Endothermic systems use organic materials such as carbonates, mixed carbonates, and citrates, which are characterized by easy control of the foaming process, high safety, and the ability to achieve fine foaming. On the other hand, exothermic systems use inorganic materials such as ADCA (azodicarbonamide), OBSH (oxybisbenzenesulfonylhydrazide), and TSH (toluene sulfonyl hydrazide), which are characterized by a high foaming ratio. At LUVOBATCH, we propose the appropriate type of foaming agent according to the specific project requirements.
